Doppelherz active Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 Kids Gel Tabs are soft chewable tablets with a delicious strawberry-citrus flavor. They contain essential omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D.
Important representatives of omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) , which cannot be produced in the body without precursors.
But only a few foods contain these valuable fatty acids. Good sources are fatty cold-water fish such as mackerel, herring, or sardines. However, eating the right fish several times a week isn't possible for everyone. There can be various reasons for this. Often, however, it's quite simple: "I don't like fish!"
